Hey! I’m enjoying the last few weeks of school break.I’ve finished another doll.
Meet “Tag-araw” (Summer). She’s the goddess of the dry season (there are only two seasons in the Philippines, dry & wet). She’s about 24″ tall with wire armature (pose-able limbs and fingers) and articulated joints.
I’m also working on my altar quilt. I’ve put on hold for far too long. I thought its time to finally finish it. I started it in 2001 and resumed work on it 2 years ago. Now I’m feverishly trying to do my best to finish it before the art of school. Wish me luck!I have about 3 more dolls in the works too. Whew! Its been a busy summer. Happiness ever! More when I’m able to finish Tag-araw’s sister (Tag-ulan).
